" </I> </div> <div> They makes, 'No Child Left Behinds' looks like _ "No Child Move Forward" </div> <bR> <div> <I>Who is teaching your children? I haven't even start on the sand mixed in with the asbestos tiles as yet. This is only one day's work. This is my daily routine. I am given 45 minutes to clean an entire floor with twelve  (12) of these types of classrooms. I am BACK  in the school at 5:30AM every morning,  two -hours on my own time, just to get caught up on some of these work.   </div> <bR> <div> <B>Note:</B><FONT SIZE="5" COLOR="#555555" FACE="Kartika" > Years ago, someone has a ' bright idea ' to use sand on the playground. When the children goes to play, in comes the sand. The entire school is filled with asbestos, and yet the superintended looks the other way. The poor little custodians has no voice as the person who was suppose to have been one of them, is so far up the superintended ass that ones need more than a crane and a back-hoe to pulls him out. Of course, his wife who works as a secretary in the Superintended's office has his back, so nothing gets done. </div> <bR> <div> <B><U>Pack-Rats Teacher's Style</U></B><FONT SIZE="6" COLOR="#996699" FACE="Kartika" ><B>? </B></FONT></div> <div> <B>THESE</B>  pictures  tells their own stories. Note that this is one day's of dirt. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> What can I say about this one below. This classroom tells its own story. Talk about a class-room of Pack-rats teacher's style? Teacher Jordon's Room. Room #22</div> <div> This is it! </div> <div> Within a few months into the school year, this is what the classrooms of Nathan Hale becomes. This entire classroom looks like this..... A Pig's Sty. They are difficult to sweep, much less clean. There is no 'Principal Power' to see to it that these teachers takes some responsibility for the cleanliness of their classroom. Thus these teachers are failing their students, miserable.</div> <bR> <div> The Superintended, the Assistant Superintended the Principals FAILED miserable. In that they themselves are ill-trained in telling the teachers under their supervision, that they are RESPONSIBLE for turning over their classrooms each day in a 'reasonable level of cleanliness' to the custodians.  The trashing of the classrooms has to be unacceptable by  standards.</div> <div> <IMG SRC="41511480.jpg" border=0 width="1041" height="1352" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div> <B>Room 22  Jordon's class-room Blew up the camera.</B><B> </B></div> <div> The camera began crying out that.. </div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> <I>"I dont like dirt; i dont like filth, please don't use me to take all that filth." </I></div> <div> 'But we have to dear camera. </div> <div> We are using you for all good cause. You love children and these poor children are suffering. Look at the teaching environment that they are been taught in. Not to mention what the poor custodians' has to go through. </div> <bR> <div> Below is the beginning of part of the first daily sweeping. We had to abondon one floor sweeper  for another. Like Zotta's room, this one takes three sweeping as well. One would want to assume that any one teacher(s) with a certain level of education/intelligence or integrity should know better. These don't. Their unqualified-ass only knows how to complain that they aren't been paid enough to teach these inner-city children. Can you image! The unqualified bunch is complaining that they are not been paid Superintendents' level's salaries. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> I am from the old school, where-in children are place in classroom to face the chalk-board and face the teachers. In these classroom or disorganization, the students are their own teachers. Most of the time, the teachers are more in hiding than teaching. Ninety-percent of these teachers teaching bags that you see them tugging into the school are filled with junk food for themselves. There they sat in these classroom(s) and junk-food themselves to death all day.  At the end of the school years, they often feel gratified that they had done some community deeds, by offering their stale junk and mess to a custodian to take home. It is more or less, the fact that they are too lazy to clean out their "pack-rats junk" themselves, and are otherwise, too lazy to put the garbage in a trash bin two feet away from where they sits all year round.  Of course, there are those that will say, that not all the teachers are bad. Yes, of course, however, the two-few who remands silent are just as bad. After all, deceptions breeds deceptions, and the stench does fly. Silence is newer golden. Instead, silence means agreements; partners in deceptions;crime. </div> <bR> <div> It was a seven-year-old student who asked that I take a good look at these classrooms. In the child's remarks,  it was emphasized that, "these aren't classrooms, they are playrooms filled with junk."</div> <bR> <div> So the next time, any one parent sees a teacher 'humping' one of those heavy bags into a school, keep in mind that what is in that bag, is junk. Junk they brings in and belched-out on your children. </div> <bR> <div> Now, don't you wonder anymore as to why your children are suffering with breathing problems and or asthma. They are getting sick in the New London Public School. So, are the custodians. </div> <div>   </div> <bR> <div> Teachers who began complaining about my husband after they could not get into his pants. After all,,, he's a handsome man and with a cute ass. Furthermore, he is married to a very educated woman. I had was to let a few know this:  " They won't get into his pants,and they won't be coming to spend any night in our home, in Jamaica. So, don't try anything." One teacher did backed my husband up in a corner one day. It was only after telling the teacher that he is going to tell me, that the teacher backed off. Like I told my husband, she's not even clean enough to give him a blow-off.  </div> <bR> <div> <B>TAKE NOTICED </B></div> <bR> <div> The majority of the upstair class-rooms looks like this, on a daily basis.<IMG SRC="417d0300.jpg" border=0 width="1232" height="816" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <div>  This is from a Second sweepings per class-room. </div> <div>  With the exception of #14 and #15, It takes about 45 minutes just too  properly sweep one class-room per day/nightly basis.</div> <bR> <div> <B>AGAIN:</B><FONT SIZE="5" COLOR="#555555" FACE="Kartika" > </FONT></div> <div> The Superintended, the Assistant Superintended, the Principals  have FAILED our children miserable. Years of neglect, prior to Brad taking over, the urinals that weren't been property maintain will forever be smelly of urine. Unless the city agreed to take up all the tiles, these bathroom will never ever be smelling 100 or 80% clean of urine smells. Even with ten bottles of Ajax,  used to scrubbed the porcelains sinks, these sinks  are forever stained. That only himself and Jimmy Butler is allowed these type of over time status.  Basically, Superintendend Culet and Alexander has allowed this guy to violate all the rules and SOP  ALONG with in taking all the over time for himself. </div> <bR> <div> When Sub-Custodians like Angel had complain that in order was to get Nathan Hale clean in a reasonable amount of time, Steve Smith who sits on the hiring committee black-list Angel. Angel had complain that like Brad, unless his wife, his son and Daughter comes  in to help him clean, he cannot accomplished the work in the 45 minutes allocated to Brad's shift.  Alexander turns around and shared the information with Steve Smith his golfing buddy. Together, they place any and all custodians, who dare to compain about the status of Nathan Hale on their Black-list.  Dare-ing  any custodian(s) to complain about the class-rooms, filled with sand and asbestos along with its overall environment standards. </div> <bR> <div> Who is this ass-kissing illiterate Steve?<FONT SIZE="5" COLOR="#FFCCB2" FACE="Kartika" > </FONT></div> <div> Well, with his wife working the show from the Superintendend headquarter, and Steve's and Jimmy Butler's golf partners, all has to be well. </div> <bR> <div> Ironic, enough the two Saturdays that Brad got paid was to remove the asbestos tiles from the stair-ways at Nathan Hale,  Wayne Alexander pretty much came down to Nathan Hale and stood over Brad. With his intimidation, Brad was forced to work under pressure and in a semi-hostile  environment. There were definitely a conspiracy to make sure that Poor Brad gets from little to no, over time. </div> <bR> <div> On one of the Saturdays, the alarm system had gone off approximately 5:30AM. [Because] Brad was scheduled to start working that Saturday Alexander denied Brad the 3 hours over-time, as allocated to the alarmed call. According to Alexander, Brad is usually in the Building by 5:30 A.M. </div> <bR> <div> Under the circumstances, Brad should be getting paid for the two-hours of over-time that he has been putting in, in the mornings, just so that the bathrooms can stay hosed-down every other day.  While Steve Smith is allowed 2 hours of mandatory  overtime at the high school for doing 'nothing.'</div> <bR> <bR> <div> According to Steve Smith's,   Brad receive a transfer from Nathan Hale, as he is unable to keep the school clean, and the teacher has complain to Alexander. </div> <div>  </div> <div> According to Ivan Sadler,  the New Director of  Personnel & Operations, Alexander executed the transfer of Brad to another school, prior to Alexander leaving the New London Public School area to take up a Superintendend position in Florida.   The transfer was approved by the School Superintendend: Christopher  Culet.</div> <bR> <div> The question remains: Who is supervising the teachers and New London Public Schools for that matter. The harassment and threat had overwhelm us. When my Attorney, Attorney Shasha contacted Culet, he told Gilbert Shasha to tell me that "if I push the issue, he will retaliate against my husband Brad  [Bradley McLain] who works for him.
